We believe in total transparency. We only collect the minimal Google Business Profile data required to display your reviews and draft replies. We do not sell your personal data, we encrypt all OAuth tokens, and you can disconnect your Google account at any time.

1. What Data We Collect

When you register and link your account with Review Manager, we collect:

  • Account Information: Your name and email address.
  • Google Account Information: Your Google account email and verified Google Business Profile details (location names, business address, and location IDs).
  • Review Content: Public reviews, star ratings, author display names, review dates, and owner responses published on your connected profile.
  • OAuth Tokens: Scoped Google OAuth access and refresh tokens used to communicate securely with Google APIs.

2. Why We Collect It (Purpose of Processing)

We use the collected information exclusively to provide our core services:

  • To connect and authenticate your Google Business Profile.
  • To display your incoming and historical Google reviews in your private dashboard.
  • To generate context-aware AI response drafts for customer reviews.
  • To post owner-approved replies directly to your Google Business Profile upon your explicit authorization.

3. Secure OAuth Token Storage & Encryption

We treat authentication credentials with enterprise security practices. All Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols (AES-256) and transmitted via TLS 1.3. We never request or store your Google password.

4. We Do Not Sell Personal Data

AllOmniTools does not sell, rent, license, or monetize your personal information, customer data, or review histories to third parties or data brokers. Your business data is used solely to power the Review Manager tools you explicitly use.

5. Disconnection and Data Deletion Rights

You maintain complete ownership of your data at all times:

  • Instant Disconnection: You can disconnect your Google account from your account settings at any moment, which immediately revokes our API access token.
  • Data Deletion Requests: You may request complete erasure of your account, synced review cache, and profile tokens by contacting us at support@allomnitools.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Essential Cookies Only

We use cookies strictly for essential authentication and secure session maintenance. We do not use third-party tracking or behavioral advertising cookies.
